
KCFC Dynamic Summer training is designed to help our young athletes (2nd-8th graders) in the areas of Speed, Agility, Strength/Power and Conditioning.
90 minute sessions each day -- 45 minutes of football specific skills and 45 minutes of speed and agility
June Session 9:30-11am June 3, 4, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26 (First two sessions, June 3-4 are 9am-12pm) | | July Session 9:30-11am July 1, 2, 8,10, 15, 17, 22, 24 (First two sessions, July 1-2 are 9am-12pm ) |
All sessions will be held at Sports Plex (1495 S. Mahaffie Cir., Olathe KS 66062)
SPECIFICS:
Sessions will be led by the All In Sports coaching staff with current college football players. Sessions will focus on teaching proper mechanics for SPEED/AGILITY DEVELOPMENT, JUMP TRAINING, FOUNDATION STRENGTH and CONDITIONING. Football specific: Agility bag drills, Sled pushes, Hand/eye coordination, Defensive skill set (backpedal/ break on the football pursuit)
 Johnny Beck, Director | | Attended the University of Kansas on a scholarship as a place kicker. Earned freshman All-American honors in 2001 and posted the second longest field goal in school history (59 yards). Was part of two post-season bowl teams including the 2003 Tangerine Bowl and 2005 Fort Worth Bowl. Received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Served as a coaching assistant on the KU football staff from 2005-2006, assisting with special teams and summer camps. Has worked in the sports performance field for over ten years including the establishment, as a co-owner, of All In Sports. Questions?
