KCFC Spring Break Camp

2024 Spring Break Football Camp Information

Our Spring Break Football Camp offers 2nd through 8th grade kids the opportunity to learn about
and engage in football specific activities in a supervised setting with a D1 level coaching staff.

-speed station                                 -20 yard sprint (acceleration)
-agility station                                 -pro agility shuttle (change of direction)
-med ball/plyometric station       -vertical jump/broad jump (power)
-speed tech station                       -med ball throw (strength)
-agility tech station                         -20 yard weighted sled push (power/speed)

Sessions will be led by the All In Sports coaching staff. Sessions will focus on teaching proper mechanics for SPEED/AGILITY DEVELOPMENT, JUMP TRAINING, FOUNDATION STRENGTH and CONDITIONING.  Football specific: Agility bag drills, Sled pushes, Hand/eye coordination, Defensive skill set (backpedal/ break on the football pursuit)

Johnny Beck, Director
Johnny is the owner and Director of Operations at All In Sports LLC. (est. 2013).He attended the University of Kansas on a football scholarship andstarted45 careergames, finishing his playing career in 2004. Johnny earned 4 straight Academic All-Big XII honors and was a two-time All-Big XII kicker, earning a selection to the Freshman All-American Team in 2001. During the 2005 season, heserved as an intern under the Director of Football Operations and as aSpecial Teams coaching assistant.Johnny graduated from KU, in 2006,with a B.S., in Sports Management and has been training athletes for the past 14 years.
