Rarely will one witness an offensive explosion like the one displayed by the GPU Steelrivers who scored 69 points for the game and 38 in the first half. The game’s MVP without question was Patrick McLachlan who scored team-season high 18 points, and did so in memorable “in-the-zone” like fashion! This game was undoubtedly dominated in the first half by the “big” players on GPU’s roster - 6”1” Isaiah Scribner scored 16 points (14 in the first half) and 6’2” Thomas Melonja scored 12 points (all in the first half).
